ok we sucessfully added a Notification box but does it only show when customer is NOT loggged in? seems to disappear when we (staff) are logged in. i had a Help Chat going but lost it when they sug...

is this not LIVE? i did a test notifcation in both sandbox and 'real' system and notification does not show on catalog
