CivicPlus is dedicated to providing top-notch, award-winning support. We recognize that recently, our customers have been experiencing longer than normal wait times in the CivicRec live chat queue. To allow our team time to catch up and to get back to providing shorter wait times, we will be adjusting our hours of operation for chat support only.
Live Chat Support will be closed on Thursday, 6/9, and Friday, 6/10, reopening on Monday, 6/13. Moving forward, Live Chat Support will be available Monday-Thursday and closed on Fridays. This schedule adjustment will be reevaluated regularly over the next several weeks.

We are excited to announce that we will begin to offer our customers an interactive answer bot, available from within your CivicRec solution. Use it to quickly search for and obtain links and resources to some of the most common technical support inquiries.
