This article walks through how to view the waiting list status for a public account and remove them from the waiting list, if applicable.
Instructions
- On the public Catalog, select Account
- Click Waiting List Status in the right-hand menu
- View the Waiting List Summary for the account
- Entry Date: The date of the session the account is on the waitlist for
- Position: The position of the account on the waiting list (1 means they are first in line)
- Current Participation: The number of participants who are currently enrolled in the session
- To remove the account from a waiting list, select Remove next to the item or check the boxes of the applicable items and click Remove Selected
- A receipt will be sent to the account member noting that they have been removed from the waiting list
