This article will show you how to delete a question from a Survey Template. 

Important Note

• Survey questions that are Required for Reporting cannot be removed. If you try to remove a required question, a pop-up will display that says This Survey Question cannot be deleted. 
  

Instructions

1. Navigate to Configuration > Templates > Survey Templates
   
2. Edit your desired Survey Template
   
3. Navigate to the Questions tab
   
4. Select the X next to the question you wish to remove
   
   
   • Note: You cannot remove a question that says Yes in the Required for Reporting column. 
5. Click Ok on the pop-up that says Delete this Survey Question?
   
   
6. Click Save Survey Template
