Administrators can view the Global Action Log, consolidated from the Account Action Log, Activity Log, and Facility Log.
Instructions
- Navigate to Functions > Action Log
- View the Action Log
- Timestamp: View the date and time for the action
- Action: The type of action taken
- Performed By: The user who performed the action, select their name to view their account
- Notes: Transaction notes for the action
- IP: The IP address of the user
- Fields Changed: Any fields that were changed
- Filter results by searching for a user
