This article will provide the list of tasks you need to complete in order to fully set up Public Reservation Cancellation and Fees.

Important Note

• Internal staff will not receive a notification email when a public user cancels their reservation online.

Instructions

1. Enable Public Reservation Cancellations on a Facility
   
2. Create an Admin Fee addon type
   
3. Create a new Public Cancellation Fee and use the Admin Fee addon type you just created
