This article will show you how to require Administrator Approval for reservations. This means that public users/non-Admin staff must wait for an Administrator to approve their reservation before it is fully confirmed. Until then, it will appear as a Pending Reservation.
With this setting enabled, all rentals made by non-admin staff or public users will go into the Pending Rentals screen. Payment will not be allowed at that time. Upon approval, customers can go online and pay their balances. If used, this setting overrides Online Rental Mode.
- Navigate to Facilities > Facility List
- Expand a Location
- Edit your desired Facility
- Navigate to the Rental Options tab
- Enable Admin Approval
- Click Save Facility at the bottom of the page
