Retain Session Codes Between Years

This article will show you how to enable re-using session codes between years.

 

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Organization > Organization Options
    org options
  2. Search for We can reuse session/program codes
    we can reuse
  3. From the drop-down, select As long as it is not in the same program period
    as long as it is not the same program
  4. Click Save Settings
    save settings
