This article will show you how to use the Live Chat feature in CivicRec. Our Support staff is ready to answer your questions and help you successfully use your site.
Important Note
The Live Chat feature will not be accessible outside of operational hours.
Instructions
- Navigate to the back-end of your site
- Select the Help bubble in the bottom right corner
- Search your question
- Look through the Top results and select if applicable
- If the results do not show what you are looking for, select Live Chat
- Ensure your contact information is correct and type your Message
- Click Start chat to submit the chat message
- Note: Once you submit your chat, you'll be able to view and track your position in the technical support queue, and the next available agent will take your chat.
