Use Live Chat

Overview

This article will show you how to use the Live Chat feature in CivicClerk. Our Support staff is ready to answer your questions and help you successfully use your site.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the back-end of your site
  2. Select the Help bubble
  3. Search your question in chat
  4. Look through the top results and select if applicable
  5. If the results do not show what you are looking for, select Live Chat
  6. Type the chat message
  7. Click Enter on your keyboard to submit the chat message
