Configure Guest Prompts to Ticket Activities

Overview 

Guest Prompts configured to a Ticket activity will generate additional tickets for each guest prompt.

Instructions

  1. Create a Prompt with the Guest type
    Guest_Prompt.png
  2. Create an Activity with the Ticket type
    Ticket_Activity.png
  3. Create a Session within the Ticket Activity
    Create_New_Session.png
  4. Add the Guest Prompt to your Session
    Assign_Prompt.png
