Set Default Online Availability for Custom Addons

This article will show you how to set the Default Online Availability for Custom Addons. This feature is only available for Custom Addons.

 

The Custom Addon is optimal if you want to customize an addon to suit your group's needs. They are often used to configure a refundable facility deposit

 

There are 4 types of Availability settings:

  • Not Available Online: Addon is not available in online transactions
  • Optional for Online User: Addon is an optional feature
  • Optional for Online User (default unchecked): Default setting
  • Required for Online Users: Addon is a required feature for online users in transactions

 

  

Instructions

  1. Edit your Custom Fee Addon

  2. Set your Default Online Availability

    • Not Available Online: Addon is not available in online transactions
    • Optional for Online User: Addon is an optional feature
    • Optional for Online User (default unchecked): Default setting
    • Required for Online Users: Addon is a required feature for online users in transactions
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Save New Addon or Save Addon (for existing add-ons)
