This article will show you how to assign Waivers, Attachments, Prompts, and/or Tags to an existing session.
- Any edits made to a waiver and waivers added after participants have signed up will not be sent to participants on an active roster. The updated or new waiver will only be sent to new participants.
- Navigate to Activities > Activity List
- Expand the Activity that contains your desired Session
- Select Edit Session (pencil icon) next to the desired session
- Navigate to the Prompts tab
- Open the drop-down for the desired item you want to assign
- Select the item(s)
- Repeat for any other items you want to assign for the session
- Click Save Session
