Add Additional Dates to an Existing Permit

 

Overview

This article will show you how to add additional dates to an existing Permit.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Facilities > Permits
    Facilities_-_Permits.png
  2. Select the Permit Lookup tool

  3. Fill in Permit Lookup fields
    Permit_Lookup_Fields.png
    • Customer Name: Input account owner
    • Date Range: Enter a date range
  4. Click Search

  5. Select the desired Permit
    Select_Permit.png
  6. To add additional dates, configure the Dates & Times
    Dates_and_Times.png
    • From/To: Enter a time frame
    • Recurring: Select this option to create a recurring reservation
      • Recurring Booking:

        • Start Date / End Date: Create a start and end date for the recurring reservation
        • Days: Select which days to apply the reservation to
        • Apply: Click Apply to confirm the recurring reservation settings
  7. Click on the date you want to add a new reservation to

  8. View new reservation on the right-hand Preview

  9. Select Save > Save Permit # at the top of the page
