This article will show you how to add additional dates to an existing Permit.
Instructions
- Navigate to Facilities > Permits
- Select the Permit Lookup tool
- Fill in Permit Lookup fields
- Customer Name: Input account owner
- Date Range: Enter a date range
- Click Search
- Select the desired Permit
- To add additional dates, configure the Dates & Times
- From/To: Enter a time frame
- Recurring: Select this option to create a recurring reservation
- Recurring Booking:
- Start Date / End Date: Create a start and end date for the recurring reservation
- Days: Select which days to apply the reservation to
- Apply: Click Apply to confirm the recurring reservation settings
- Recurring Booking:
- Click on the date you want to add a new reservation to
- View new reservation on the calendar and right-hand Preview
- Select Save > Save Permit # at the top of the page
