Manage Rates for Reservations in the Permit Editor

 

Overview 

This article will show you how to manage Rate Types, and Add-Ons/Discounts, in the Permit Editor for Reservations.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Facilities > Permits

  2. Select the Permit Lookup tool

  3. Fill in Permit Lookup fields

    • Customer Name: Input account owner
    • Date Range: Enter a date range
  4. Click Search

  5. Select the desired Permit

  6. On the right-hand side Preview Reservations, click the Manage Rates tool (coin icon) to apply rates

  7. Configure Rates/Addons/Discounts

    • Rates/Addons/Discounts: Select rates, add-ons, and/or discounts
    • Apply to all applicable rentals: Click to apply to all the rentals for this facility, on this permit
  8. Click Apply

  9. Click Save at the top of the Permit Editor
