This article will show you how to create a Permit for an Existing Reservation via the Calendar.  

Important Note

Before you can generate a permit, you must ensure that your Facility has an associated Permit Template.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Facilities > Calendar
   
   
2. Use the Filters to locate your reservation
   
   
   • Locations: Select locations/facilities
   • Programs: Select programs
   • Tags: Select tags
   • Types: Select the type of reservation
3. Click Refresh to apply filters
   
4. Select your reservation on the calendar
   
5. Click Permit - Generate 
   
   
6. The permit will generate; view additional options at the top:
   
   
   • Email Permit: Enter an email address and click Send to send the permit as a PDF attachment
     • Send Another?: If you have sent one email and want to send more, click Send Another?
   • Print: Print the permit
   • PDF: Download the permit as a PDF
