Add a Question to a Survey Template

This article will show you how to add a Question to a Survey Template.

 

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Templates > Survey Templates

  2. Edit your desired Survey Template

  3. Navigate to the Questions tab
    questions
  4. Click Add a Question

  5. Fill in fields
    add question fields
    • Survey Question (required): Create the question
    • Survey Question Type (required): Select Comment, Rating, or Yes/No
      • Comment: For this type, you must determine a Minimum and Maximum character Response Length (optional feature)
      • Rating, Yes/No: No other configuration needed
  6. Click Save Question

  7. Click Save Survey Template
