This article will show you how to add assigned Sessions or Facilities to a Survey Template.
- You can add either a Session or Facility, but not both. The Survey Type will determine if you can add sessions or facilities.
- The below instructions will work the same for Sessions and Facilities. When [Item] appears, fill in with the applicable item type (either Sessions or Facilities).
- Navigate to Configuration > Template > Survey Templates
- Edit the desired survey
- Navigate to the Sessions or Facilities tab
- Click Assign [Items]
- Select the checkboxes for the [Items] you want to add
- Click Add Selected [Items]
- Configure the [Item]
- Days: Input the number of days before or after the Session/Rental Date to send the survey
- Timing: Choose Before or After
- Click Save Survey Template
