Add Sessions or Facilities to a Survey Template

Overview 

This article will show you how to add assigned Sessions or Facilities to a Survey Template.

Important Notes

  • You can add either a Session OR Facility, but not both. The Survey Type will determine if you can add sessions or facilities.

  • The below instructions will work the same for Sessions and Facilities. When [Item] appears, fill in with the applicable item type (either Sessions or Facilities).

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Template > Survey Templates

  2. Edit the desired survey

  3. Navigate to the Sessions or Facilities tab

  4. Click Assign [Items]

  5. Select the checkboxes for the [Items] you want to add

  6. Click Add Selected [Items]

  7. Configure the [Item]
    days_and_timing.png
    • Days: Input the number of days before or after the Session/Rental Date to send the survey
    • Timing: Choose Before or After
  8. Click Save Survey Template
