This article will show you how to add a Note to an Action Log within a Session.

Instructions

1. Select Edit Session (pencil icon) next to the desired session
   
2. Navigate to the Log tab
   
3. Click Add Note
   
4. Create your Note
   
5. Click Save New Note
   
6. Click Save Session
