Pay on Behalf of Another User

 

Overview  

This article will show you how to use the Catalog function in Account Actions to pay on behalf of another user.

Important Note

When you pay on behalf of another user, it becomes more difficult to process the refund because you have to add the user to the payee's account to process a full refund.

Instructions

  1. Search and select your desired user

  2. Click Catalog

  3. Select an item to check out

  4. Click Add To Cart

  5. Click Checkout

  6. Fill out any Prompts or Waivers (will vary, depending on the activity/event)
  7. Add a Payment

  8. Click Complete Transaction
