Pay on Behalf of Another User

 

Overview 

This article will show you how to use the Catalog function in Account Actions to pay on behalf of another user.

Important Note

When you pay on behalf of another user, it becomes more difficult to process the refund because you have to add the user to the payee's account to process a full refund.

Instructions

  1. Search and select your desired user

  2. Click Catalog

  3. Select an item to check out
    select_an_item_to_check_out.jpg
  4. Click Add To Cart
    select_add_to_cart.jpg
  5. Click Checkout
    select_checkout_on_behalf_of_another_user.jpg
  6. Fill out any Prompts or Waivers (will vary, depending on the activity/event)
  7. Add a Payment
    select_add_cash_payment_on_behalf_of_another_user.jpg
  8. Click Complete Transaction
    select_complete_transaction_on_behalf_of_another_user.jpg
  9. View receipt
    view_receipt_for_another_user.jpg
