This article will show you how to use the Catalog function in Account Actions to pay on behalf of another user.
Important Note
- When you pay on behalf of another user, it becomes more difficult to process the refund because you have to add the user to the payee's account to process a full refund.
Instructions
- Search and select your desired user
- Click Catalog
- Select an item to check out
- Click Add To Cart
- Click Checkout
- Fill out any Prompts or Waivers (will vary, depending on the activity/event)
- Choose a payment method under Add Payment
- Use the Payer Account search bar to search for and select the account you want to use to pay for the transaction
- Click Complete Transaction
- View the Transaction Receipt

Is there a way to pay for multiple transactions (say 2-3 participants from different households) in one cart? Thinking about card payments which can be blocked if we have 'duplicate' charges in quick succession.
