View Account Statements


This article will show you how to view or generate account statements. 

Important Note

  • The Account Statements on your profile will provide you with receipts for tax purposes. 


  1. Search and select a user
  2. Under Account Actions, select Account Statements
  3. Click View next to a month to view the account statement
    • Note: On the statement itself, click Print if you would like to print it out.
  4. Click Download to download that account statement
  5. The file will download as a PDF document

    These statements do not provide a total amount paid or any information in regards to what the payments are for! For tax purposes (and for child care reimbursements) statements for child care must show: 1. Name of provider 2. Tax id or SSN of care provider 3. Name of Child Care program 4. Dates of care and 5. Total amount paid.
    This statement has our name at the top but none of the other required information.

    Agreed. We would like to see and actual tax receipt also. We get numerous calls requesting this type of document, not only for taxes, but also for reimbursements, as mentioned in a previous comment. This would also need to include the name of the registered participant (who the funds were paid for).
