Overview

This article will show you how to manually adjust the credit on an account.

Instructions

  1. Search and select a user
    brendan.png
  2. Under Account Actions, select Adjust Credit

  3. Adjust the New Credit Amount

  4. Enter a Comment, if desired

  5. Click Submit

  6. View receipt

    This does not explain the accounting that happens behind this adjustment. What accounts does this impact? I do not see any accounting entries related to this type of adjustment.
