Adjust Account Credit



This article will show you how to manually adjust the credit on an account. 


  1. Search and select a user
  2. Under Account Actions, select Adjust Credit
  3. Adjust the New Credit Amount
  4. Enter a Comment, if desired
  5. Click Submit
  6. View receipt

    This does not explain the accounting that happens behind this adjustment. What accounts does this impact? I do not see any accounting entries related to this type of adjustment.

    Agreed! Our Finance Department is very disappointed there is no accounting associated with these types of account credits. Because there is no accounting associated, these manual credits on accounts causes imbalances in our accounts receivable, as we export CivicRec transactions into our County's financial system.
