This article will show you how to view all the waivers and attachments a user has signed. This is useful to see what a user may be missing for their rental or event as well as resending waivers.
Instructions
- Search for and select a user account
- Hover over the desired user and click Waivers/Attachments
- View the waivers/attachments
- Include Legacy Data: Use this option to include data from REC1 2.0 (page may take longer to load)
- Note: This is not recommended for version 3.0.
- Current Text: Click this option to view the current version of the waiver or attachment
- Include Legacy Data: Use this option to include data from REC1 2.0 (page may take longer to load)
- To resend an email waiver select Email Waiver next to the appropriate form
- Note: This will only be available for unsigned waivers. If the waiver has already been signed the signature will populate here instead of the Email Waiver button.
