Add a Flag to an Account

 

Overview 

This article will show you how to add a Flag to an Account.

Instructions

  1. Search and select a user

  2. Scroll to the bottom and select Add Flag

  3. Fill out fields
    enter_flag_information.jpg
    • User: Select user
    • Flag: Select flag
    • Expiration Date: Add a date, if desired, that the flag will expire and be removed from the account
    • Apply Flag to Entire Account: Check to apply the flag to all members within the account
    • Flag Note: Add any notes
  4. Click Save New User Flag

  5. Flag will appear on the account
