View an Account's Email Log

The Email Log provides a view of the history of emails sent to addresses on any given account. You can view the Subject, Recipient, and Sent On information for all emails that an account receives.
Instructions
Search for and select a user
Select the Email Log
View the User Mail Log
Subject: The subject of the email
Recipient: The email address that received the email
Sent On: The date the email was sent
If desired, click Print Logs to print the Email Log
Select the Subject to view the email history
View the email details and Message

We are having the same problem as Jessica, the account email log is no longer showing receipts or permits that were sent to the user. We would like a data trail of when these items were sent.

As of at least January 3, 2024, the User Log no longer shows emails sent with a receipt or permit. When will this be resolved?

How long are emails stored? What is the duration/length of time the emails are stored in legacy logs?
