View Reservations on Your Transaction Browser

 

Overview

After you make a reservation, a customer can view their reservations in the Transaction Browser. To ensure you see your reservation, use the filters to view appropriate results.

Instructions

  1. Search for the user in the Accounts tab

  2. Select the user

  3. Select Transaction Browser

  4. Select the Reservations tab

  5. Use filters on the left-hand side

    • Account Members: Select which account members you want to view reservations for
    • Transaction From and Transaction To: Enter a date range that the transaction was placed
    • Receipt #: Enter the receipt number, if you have it
    • Reservation From and Reservation To: Enter a date range that the reservation is for
    • Rental Status: Choose to view only active, only inactive, or both active and inactive reservations
  6. Select Refresh Results
