This article will show you how to create and schedule matchups in a League.

Important Note

This page assumes the following prerequisite steps have already been taken:
- Create a League Activity Type and Sessions
- Create any locations and fields to schedule games
- Create Teams within League Management for this particular season

Instructions

Navigate to Activities > League Management
Select a League
Select Access League Management (basketball icon) next to the desired league session
Navigate to the Game Schedule tab
Hover over Step 1: Matchups and select Auto-Create Matchups
- Note: You can select Create Single Matchup to manually create matchups.
Fill in the fields
- Number of Games Per Team: Enter a number
- Matchup Type: Select Game or Practice
Select Create Matchup
Hover over Step 2: Time Slots and select Configure Schedule
Click the Add to Schedule button
Fill in the fields
- Facility/Field: Select the location where the games will take place
  - Add Another Facility: Click to add another facility or field
- Game Date & Time: Set the date and time of the first game of the season
  - Add Another Time Slot: Click to add another time slot
- Recurrence: Select the recurrence
Select Save
Select Step 1: Matchups > Auto-Schedule Matchups
- Note: This will combine the matchups with the location, times, and dates.
Click Schedule Matchups
- Prevent Double Headers: Click to prevent double-headers on the schedule
A schedule will appear on the side
To manually replace a matchup, drag and drop a matchup from the left to the right
