This article will show you how to add Facility Notes to a session. These are notes for facility staff to store with the reservation. Facility Notes will also appear on receipts.
- Navigate to Activities > Activity List
- Expand an Activity
- Select Edit Session (pencil icon) next to the desired session
- Navigate to the Schedule tab
- Add a Facility Note to the textbox
- Note: Notes for facility staff will be stored with the reservation.
- Click Save Session
