Add Facility Notes to a Session

This article will show you how to add Facility Notes to a session. These are notes for facility staff to store with the reservation. Facility Notes will also appear on receipts.
Instructions
Navigate to Activities > Activity List
Expand an Activity
Select Edit Session (pencil icon) next to the desired session
Navigate to the Schedule tab
Add a Facility Note to the textbox
Note: Notes for facility staff will be stored with the reservation.
Click Save Session
