Overview
This article will show you how to add Facility Notes to a Session. These are notes for facility staff to store with the reservation. Facility Notes will also appear on receipts.
Instructions
- Navigate to Activities > Activity List
- Expand an Activity
- Edit a session
- Navigate to the Schedule tab
- Add Facility Notes to the textbox
- Note: Notes for facility staff to be stored with the reservation.
- Click Save Session at the bottom
