This article will show you how to assign POS screens to the correct location. This may be a solution if your POS items do not appear on the Catalog.
POS screens are not public-facing. Rather, they are designed for internal use only. If you are not signed into a location as an internal user, you will not see the POS screen for that location.
- Navigate to POS Items
- Navigate to POS Screens
- Edit a screen
- Review and select appropriate locations
- Scroll to the bottom and select Save POS Screen
