Error for "Bill to Last Name"

Overview 

If you receive the error for "Bill to Last Name," we have two recommended solutions:

Solution 1: Double check or re-enter the card on file information and be sure to include the first and last name

  • Note: We recommend you try solution one first.

Solution 2:

  1. Log into your authorize.net account
  2. Navigate to Account > Payment Form settings
  3. Uncheck Required for the name fields
