Percentage Full Participant Report

This article will show you how to view the Full Participant Report.

 

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Reports
    reports
  2. Select Activity Reports > Activities Report or Activities Report (With Report Pickup)

    • Note: The Report Pickup option is recommended for larger data sets that take more time to process.
  3. Select Fields

  4. Check Percentage Full and select Apply

  5. View the report

    • Note: The percentage bars will not show up for Camps/Afterschool activity types or sessions with Daily Pricing. 
    • Note: You can click on the Min Participants, Max Participants, and/or Percentage Full category headers to choose to sort by Ascending or Descending order.
