View Transactions Needing Attention/Items with GL Issues

This article will show you how to view transactions that show as Unitemized. For troubleshooting options, view our article Troubleshoot Unitemized Transactions

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Financial Settings > GL Configuration

  2. Select Transactions Needing Attention and/or Items with GL Issues

    • Note: In Transactions Needing Attention, you can filter results with filter options:

      • From/To: Enter from and to dates
      • Close #: Enter a number
      • Batch #: Enter a number
    • Note: In Items with GL Issues, you can choose to view Programs, Facilities, or POS Items, which can help narrow results.
