We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. Create a Workstation

Workstations represent physical terminals/workstations at a given location. For example, if you had a front desk with two PCs, you could have "Front Desk A" and "Front Desk B" as workstations. In closeout, you can see how much a given cash drawer should have. They are also useful for general record-keeping. Upon login, indicate the workstation that you are working on.

  

 

Instructions 

  1. Navigate to Facilities > Facility List
    facilities - facility list
  2. Click Edit next to the location you wish to add a workstation to
    edit location
  3. Select the Workstations tab

  4. Click Create Workstation
    create workstation
  5. Create a Workstation Name
    workstation name
  6. Click Save Workstation
    save new workstation
  7. Click Save Location
    save location
