We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. Edit a Survey Template

This article will show you how to edit an existing Survey Template.

 

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Templates > Survey Templates

  2. Click the Edit tool (pencil icon) next to the template you want to edit

  3. Make edits to Survey Settings

    • Name: Just for internal use
    • Survey Type: Select the type of survey you want to create
    • Message: Text displays in emails and on the survey page your customer receives
    • Note: While the survey questions are pre-established currently, we will be granting you the ability to configure your own questions in the next release.
  4. Add questions and Sessions/Facilities
  5. Click Save Survey Template
