Edit Program Periods

This article will show you how to edit existing Program Periods.
Instructions
Navigate to Activities > Program Periods
Click the Edit tool (pencil icon) to modify an established program period
Make appropriate edits
Label (required): Name of session
Registration Starts: Edit the date and time that the registration begins
Registration Ends: Configure the date and time that the registration finishes
Show Period Online: Enable this option to show all sessions that are online-enabled and that belong to this program period in the online catalog
Note: By disabling this option, sessions that belong to this program period will not show on the online catalog.
Click Save Program Period
