This article will show you how to check in/scan tickets on the day of the event.
- If you want to scan tickets for an event, you must sign into the location of the event.
- The date on the ticket must also match the date of the event in CivicRec. If they do not match, you cannot proceed with check-in or scanning.
- Select Check-In at the top of the screen
- Note: You can only check in on the day for which the activity is scheduled.
- Select Ticket
- Scan the barcode or manually input the ticket number
