View Equipment Inventory from Item List

This article will outline how Recreation Management users can view equipment inventory from within the Item List.

 

Important Note

  • Rental Item Groups with circled numbers beside them contain Rental Items. 

 

Instructions

  1. Log in to Recreation Management 
  2. Navigate to the Equipment Rentals tab and select Rental Item List

  3. Select the plus icon to expand the Rental Item Group and view the Rental Items allocated to the group. You can also click on the Group Item Name to display the Rental Items.

  4. The Rental Item inventory can be viewed under the column Quantity.

  5. You can also view the Item Inventory by clicking the Edit Pencil Icon on the line Item

  6. Under the Basics tab view Available Quantity
