View Equipment Inventory from Reporting

This article will outline how Recreation Management users can view Equipment Rental Inventory from the Reports Module. This report includes fields for rental item quantity, current number of available rental items, number of currently reserved rental items, number of rental items currently checked out, and number of overdue rental items that have not been returned.

Instructions

Log in to Recreation Management
Navigate to the Reports tab
Select Equipment Rentals Reports
Select the Rental Item Inventory Report
View the Rental Item Inventory Report
If needed, Filter to only display Rental Items at specific Locations.
Click Apply to see the refreshed report.
If needed, adjust which Fields are displaying.

- Rental Item
- Rental Item Group
- Location
- Facility
- Quantity
- Available
- Reserved
- Checked Out
- Overdue
Click Apply to see the refreshed report.
