This article will outline how Recreation Management users can quickly view checked-out equipment inventory. Viewing upcoming Equipment Rental Reservations can be found on the Rental Item Dashboard.
Important Notes
- Upcoming equipment reservations are filtered to the location you are logged into from the Rental Item Dashboard
- Upcoming Reservations are filtered to the current day of reservations still upcoming and are limited to 10 entries.
- Viewing all Rental Item Reservations will show a full list of past and upcoming rental item reservations.
- If a Reservation is more than 15 minutes past the reservation start time and has not yet been checked out, it will not appear in the Upcoming Reservations dashboard unless the View All box is checked.
Instructions
- Log into the Recreation Management
- Using the Dropdown menu in the top right corner, select the location where you are going to review the Checked-Out Inventory
- Navigate to the Equipment Rentals Tab and select the Rental Item Dashboard
- Upcoming Reservations can be viewed in the top right side of the Rental Item Dashboard
- To view all Upcoming Reservations, click the View All button at the top right of the list.
- From this view, all patrons' upcoming reservations are visible, with pagination at the bottom.
- The Reserved Timeframe column can be selected to adjust the display order from the earliest to the latest timeframe
- To change the number of entries displayed per page, adjust the Rows per page setting on the bottom right.
- The Reserved Timeframe column can be selected to adjust the display order from the earliest to the latest timeframe
- If needed, select the magnifying glass icon on the top right to search for a Checked-Out entry
- The search bar can filter by Renter Name, Rental Item Name, Rental Item Group, and Rental Item Location/Facility. At least three characters need to be entered in the search bar for the search result to display.
- At least 3 characters must be entered in the search bar for a search result to display.
