How to Create an Equipment Rental Group
- Login to Recreation Management
- Navigate to the Equipment Rentals tab
- Select Rental Item Groups
- Click the Create Rental Item Group button in the upper right corner

Name the Rental Item Group
- To add your group to the Rental Item List, Click the Save New Rental Item Group button
- Once saved, the new rental item group can be seen and managed from the list view.
How to Edit an Equipment Rental Group
- Login to Recreation Management
- Navigate to the Equipment Rentals tab
- Select Rental Item Groups
- Select the Pencil icon to the right of the group you need to edit.

Rename the Rental Item Group
- To save your changes, Click the Save New Rental Item Group button
- Once saved, the new rental item group can be seen and managed from the list view.
How to Delete an Equipment Rental Group
There are multiple ways to delete an Equipment Rental Group. This section will cover all optional workflows to delete any Equipment Rental Group.
Workflow 1
- Navigate to the Equipment Rentals Tab
- Select Rental Item Groups
- Click the Red X icon to the right of the group needing to be deleted.
- Confirm the delete action by selecting OK, or Cancel to opt out.
Workflow 2
- Navigate to the Equipment Rentals Tab
- Select Rental Item Groups
- Click the Pencil icon to edit the preferred Rental Item Group.
- Select the Delete Rental Item Group button
- Confirm the delete action by selecting OK, or Cancel to opt out.
