This article is a guide to the different resources for moving data from your old system into Recreation Management prior to going live. Be sure to coordinate with your Implementation Team on these steps as some can be completed at any time, and some should only be completed after all testing has taken place and the test data has been cleared. You will also want to consider the timing of your Trial Flag removal. The Trial Flag will prevent any communication from going out to your public users. Once the Trial Flag is removed, you can send communication (receipts/invoices/emails/texts) to your public users.
Accounts
Accounts can be imported into Recreation Management for a one-time fee. Contact your Recreation Management representative for more information. If you do not wish to import your users, you can simply create new accounts in Recreation Management.
User Credit
Facility Reservations
Holds for facility reservations can be imported into Recreation Management for a one-time fee. Please see Option 1 of the article below or contact your Recreation Management representative for more information.
