This article is a Guide to the different resources for document management within the activities feature. The Rec Document Management feature allows you to request, store, and manage both standard and secure documents as part of the activity checkout and registration experience.
Important Notes
- Document Management is a paid feature. For more information, please contact Support or your Customer Success Manager.
- Customers must have a CivicPlus Organization to use Document Management.
- We recommend completing an internal Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) before enabling Document Management.
