For Team registrations, upon registration, there will only be a Team Manager listed on the roster and NO participants. Staff can Invite Players to Join a Team Roster. Team Managers and assigned Coaches can also be allowed to Invite Players to Join a Team. Inviting players to join a team offers several advantages:
- Players who are invited to a team must sign Waivers required to join the team.

Note: Players will not be asked any prompts

- All Team rosters will be housed in one place for easy communication for Staff and Team Managers.
- All communication Team Managers send from the League Portal is visible to staff via the Email Batch History.
Important Note
- For Team Managers to invite players to join their team, the League Session must be configured appropriately. On the Session Advanced Tab, select Require Roster Entry.
- A schedule for the Session of the League must be built for the Team Manager or Players to access the League Portal. This must be completed by an Internal User/Staff Member of the organization.
- To access the coaches portal the user must be enrolled and assigned as a Coach.
- The link in the invite email will be valid for 1 year from the date it is sent.

Invite Team Members from the League Portal
- Log in to a public user account on Recreation Management.
- Click the Account Button.
- On the Dashboard, the standings of the league will be displayed.
- Select a Team to view the Team Page, League Schedule, and Tournaments.
- Click Invite in the Roster section of the Team Page.
- Input the player details including First Name, Last Name, Email, and an optional Player Number and Note.
- First Name: Insert team member's first name.
- Last Name: Insert team member's last name.
- Email: Insert team member's preferred email.
- Player Number: Insert a Number for the team member. This can be changed later.
- Select Send Invite.

Note: Invited Players will receive an email invitation to join the team where they can decline or confirm the Team Invite.

- Once the invite is sent, review the status of the roster invites. Internal staff users can also monitor the status of player invites from League Management.

Note: Team member will say Pending Invite until the user has accepted.

Invite Team Members from the Coaches Portal
- Log in to a public user account on Recreation Management.
- Click the Account button.
- Click the Coach Portal tab.
- Click the Team name.
- Locate the Roster and click Invite
- Fill out the invite form.
- First Name: Insert team member's first name.
- Last Name: Insert team member's last name.
- Email: Insert team member's preferred email.
- Player Number: Insert a Number for the team member. This can be changed later.
- Click Send Invite
