We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. Facility Usage Report

You can run a Facility Usage report to see an overview of the facilities that are reserved for your organization as well as the total revenue.

 

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab
    reports
  2. Select Reservation Reports > Facility Usage
    reservation - facility usage report
  3. Choose the From and To dates for the date range you wish to display
    from and to dates
  4. Click Refresh
    refresh
  5. View the report
    facility usage report
    • Location: View the location of the facility
    • Facility: View a list of the facilities in use during the selected dates
    • Bookings: The total number of reservations for the facility
    • Total Time Booked: The total amount of time the facility is in use
    • Base Fees: The total base fees for the facility reservations
    • Addons: Any addons will be totaled for each facility
    • Discounts: The total amount of discounts for each facility
    • Total Revenue: The total revenue for each facility during the selected date range
