This article will show you how to run a Sign-In Sheets report for specific activities. You can print or email these sheets and save the filters for future use.
Instructions
- Navigate to Reports
- Select Activity Reports > Sign-In Sheets
- Configure the report filters:
- Sheet Type: Choose to show sheets from a Single Day or Multi-Day
- Note: If you select Multi-Day, choose the Dates Per Page to display.
- Note: If you select Multi-Day, choose the Dates Per Page to display.
- From/To Dates: Configure the desired date range
- Sessions: Select the applicable sessions as well as any program periods, categories, locations, etc.
- Display Options: Choose to include check in/out boxes or prompt responses
- Sheet Type: Choose to show sheets from a Single Day or Multi-Day
- Click Refresh
- The sign-in sheet(s) will populate below, choose to Email or Print
- If you would like to save the filters for future use, click Save View
- Enter a Title and Description for the view
- Check For Me Only if you want the view to only be visible to you
- Click Save
- Select Open to access saved views
- Enter a Title and Description for the view
