The CivicRec Instructor Management process allows organizations to manage instructor lists, pay rates, and to allow a limited view of activity rosters by instructors.
- Instructor logs onto their user account via the public page

- Navigate to Configuration > Organization > Organization Options
- Scroll down and select Participant Data Viewable by Instructors
- Participant Name
- Parent Name
- Phone 2
- Phone 3
- Date of Birth (DOB)
- Amount Paid
- Balance Due
- Select Save Settings
