The Volunteer Management tab helps create, manage, and organize the volunteer opportunities that an organization has coming soon. Users may put themselves on the roster for an opportunity by registering for that opportunity. Staff may then assign that user a role.
This feature works alongside the activity list feature to organize an upcoming event, class, or activity.
You can navigate to Activities > Volunteer Management to find your Volunteer Opportunities, Role Management, and Reports.
- The only activity types that can use the volunteer management feature are events, classes/programs, and tickets
- Customers are not notified that they have been assigned a role
