It is important to ensure that your General Ledger Summary report has no unitemized line, features a GL Net of $0.00, and has a Debit Total equal to its Credit Total.

This article will show you how to view your GL report and view these features.

Important Note

• In order to view GL Reports, you must enable General Ledger Accounting.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Reports
   
   
2. Select GL/Revenue Reports > General Ledger Summary
   
3. Apply filters
   
4. Ensure that the report has equal Debit/Credit Totals, no Unitemized Line, and a $0.00 Net Total. If it doesn't, check out the resources below to troubleshoot any discrepancies.
   
   • Note: The Debit, Credit, and Net columns will always show four decimal places, however, the totals will show two decimals.
